1. Services
ICCS provides computer repair, laptop repair, networking, AMC, IT support, and related technology services. All services are provided subject to these terms.
2. Service Agreement
By requesting our services, you agree to these terms. A service agreement will be provided for major repairs. Diagnostic fees may apply and will be communicated before work begins.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR). Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, UPI, and bank transfers. Quotes are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise.
4. Warranty
All repairs carry a warranty as specified at the time of service. The warranty covers the repaired component only and does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications. Warranty period and terms will be documented on your invoice.
5. Liability
ICCS takes utmost care with your equipment. However, in rare cases where data loss or hardware damage occurs during servicing, our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We strongly recommend backing up your data before any service. ICCS is not responsible for pre-existing data loss or damage.
6. Data Backup
It is your responsibility to back up all data before service. While we take precautions to protect your data, ICCS is not liable for data loss during repair or maintenance services.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
