What began as a one-person operation repairing computers for friends and family quickly grew through word of mouth. A repair done right led to a recommendation, which led to another client, and another. Within a few years, ICCS was serving homes, startups, and small businesses across Pune.
The early 2000s brought new challenges - networking, servers, and the internet becoming essential for business. ICCS evolved alongside the technology, expanding into structured cabling, network setup, server configuration, and comprehensive IT infrastructure management.
By 2010, we had become the go-to IT partner for schools, hospitals, CA offices, and manufacturing units across the city. Our Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) gave organizations predictable IT support with rapid response times - a model that remains central to our business today.
